Margarita’s history and success in residential real estate sales spans some 28 years, and works out of UP realestate in Remuera.
Positive and assured, her easy-going manner and engaging personality are immediately evident, although just part of the reason for her award-winning success over the years.
Margarita’s passion drives the homes she lists to the next level – with her meticulous attention to detail and raft of interior design skills. Being one of the first to take on Auctions to sell homes in New Zealand, Margarita knows the process extensively and uses it where appropriate to maximise the outcome for the homeowner.
Margarita grew up in St. Heliers and is a current resident in the area, she knows the Bays like the back of her hand.
A mother of two daughters ; her passions include interior design, paddle boarding and personal styling.

“We wish to bring to your attention the professionalism and empathy showed by Margarita, during a very complicated difficult sale of our property at 100 Kowhai Road, Campbells Bay, involving three properties being traded and all agreements being contemporaneous, which settled 4 weeks after the date entered in the contract.
During the signing and negotiating of the Sale and Purchase agreement, I had emergency surgery on four accounts. Her empathy never altered her professionalism, all requests for information were delivered at her earliest convenience.
